5 ft 2 weight loss

Then went back up to 125 (eek). But afterwards I will probably switch to maintenance. Worried more about body fat percentage than weight or bmi. Fantasies of dropping to 118, but those are improbable. really struggling to lose now though. That sucks, because I lost these 30 pounds by eating healthy food, exercising daily and drinking a lot of water. I have done that a couple of times. My body fat is around 20 so i just want to get it a bit lower. I was down there last October and was pretty happy with the way I was starting to look. I can finally say I have done what I always felt was the impossible. Anon lost 29 pounds by doing high intensity cardio and eating healthy foods.

I will reassess at 110 but my ultimate goal weight was 105. You will start to notice, i notice around my waist and hips. I might keep going after that but for now, 135.
